When you need additional information, refer to the manuals provided with the personal computer, operating system, and network products.

It will be useful in case you forget how to perform operations or if a problem occurs with the machine.

For information about optional components for the Print feature, refer to the guide provided with each optional component.

This guide also describes daily maintenance and the system settings procedures.

Some of the items in the screen shots may not be displayed or available depending on your machine configuration.

When you connect the machine to a network, use the Ethernet interface.

In this case, the machine enters the Sleep mode 15 seconds later without following this setting.

The Access Lamp is lit while the machine detects human presence.

If you select (Not Assigned), the position of the selected button becomes blank.

If you do not want to display the Setup button, select the Show this in Admin mode check box.

If you do not need to assign any service to a custom button, select (Not Set).

To tap the same position of the screen twice is called double-tap.

To achieve optimum performance of the machine, we recommend that you use only paper recommended by Fuji Xerox.

When paper jam occurs, it may cause short-circuit and eventually a fire accident.

To ensure correct printing, select the correct paper size, paper type, and paper tray.
